Your Journey | Watch the countryside unfold as you travel along the scenic Pennine Railway before visiting the second largest inhabited castle in England with paintings by Canaletto and Van Dyck in its medieval State Rooms. An additional short coach tour provides the perfect vantage point from which to view the dramatic Northumbrian coastline.
A delicious brunch with Bellini is served on the outward journey. On arrival at Alnmouth station you are met by your guide who accompanies you on the transfer to Alnwick Castle. Here you are free to explore the many fine rooms at your own pace. After your visit to the castle you are taken on a short-guided tour of the Northumbrian coastline. Rejoin the Northern Belle at Alnmouth where you are welcomed aboard with a glass of chilled champagne. Later, a four-course dinner is served accompanied by half a bottle of wine.
