Quentin Baxter Ensemble Charleston native Quentin Baxter is one of the premiere drummers in jazz today. His unique style of jazz is the signature sound of the Charleston Grill. Quentin has played with some of the preeminent jazz musicians of the day. We're proud and lucky to have him and his ensemble.
