Our professional barmen will mix a typical Venetian aperitif consisting of Italian Prosecco sparkling wine, expertly blended with freshly squeezed seasonal fruit juice according to the season: white peach for the Bellini, raspberries for the Canaletto, strawberries for the Rossini and fresh grapes for the Tiziano.

Your cocktail will be served in the Fortuny Bar, located in the main building overlooking enchanting gardens and the lagoon.
