Terms and conditions:

• Minimum six nights, in any combination of two 3-nights stays at two Orient-Express hotels in Italy.
• Stays at different hotels do not have to be consecutive (last arrival to take place within 30 days from first arrival).
• A complete itinerary (dates and hotels) is to be requested at time of reservation, subject to availability.
• Bookings are non-transferrable and fully refundable only if cancelled 14 days prior to first arrival.
• “Golden Coins” are to be used exclusively for services included in the menu of available options at each individual hotel and cannot be transferred to another hotel or redeemed for cash.
• Additional  “Golden Coins” can be purchased in advance (prior to arrival only) at the nominal fee of EUR 100 + tax each.
• The list of services that can be paid for with “Golden Coins” is available on each hotel’s website or through our Reservations Offices.
• Bookings are non-transferrable and fully refundable only if cancelled 14 days prior to first arrival.
• Cancellations between 13-7 days prior to arrival will be forfeited at 50% the value of cancelled rooms.
• Cancellations within a 6 days period prior to arrival will be forfeited at 100% the value of cancelled rooms.
• All conditions and rates are subject to change without notice.
