New luxurious Rooms and Suites

This year the Cipriani opened 10 brand new luxurious rooms and suites, larger and fresher than ever. During the winter 16 units in the Redentore and San Giorgio wings were torn down and fully rebuilt to create 10 elegant, spacious and bright rooms and suites. The new rooms, 6 luxury doubles and 4 exclusive suites, include beautiful bathrooms, with large walk-in showers, double basins and Carrara marble and mosaics in a Byzantine-Venetian tradition.

Interior designer Michel Jouannet has used Venetian artefacts, hand-made stuccoes, Murano glass, antique mirrors and fabrics by Fortuny and Rubelli to create the luxurious new rooms and suites.

To maintain a connection with the past, the same skilled Venetian Maestro, Franco Fogliata, who decorated many of the Cipriani’s suites in 1958, created precious hand painted dry frescoes, following the same designs and techniques used over 400 years ago. Looking to the present, each new room was equipped with complimentary broadband internet, high definition satellite TV and the latest technological equipment.
