Anniversary Poster

This poster was designed by Fix-Masseau to celebrate the anniversary of the reborn Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.

During the 'Belle Epoque' of European train travel, Fix-Masseau came to the fore as the premier French railway poster artist. Indeed, his distinctive style became the 'New Art' of the era. Today, his posters remain as popular as in the golden days of rail travel.
