An afternoon of delightful family entertainment - Thursday 7th AugustListen to stories by Lucy Daniel Raby and watch a magical outdoor theatre production of children’s favourite, Peter Pan, live in the grounds of Waterperry Gardens. Lucy Daniel Raby is the author of Nicolai of the North and Nicolai’s Quest. These delightful books tell the story of the adventures of young Santa, as he grows up in an enchanting winter wonderland. Lucy has recently been working on a new epic adventure story, set in a fantasy world, and she comes to Le Manoir to talk about her work and to read excerpts from this latest book. Enjoy a Le Manoir High Tea of delicious sandwiches and mouth-watering cakes and scones whilst listening to Lucy’s stories. |
Then it’s off to Waterperry Gardens for live Peter Pan, and a unique opportunity to meet the actors before the show. Heartbreak Productions bring their own unique touch to this enduring family classic, telling stories of magical lands, children who can fly, pirates and crocodiles! Join Peter, Wendy and the Lost Boys in Waterperry’s equally magical ornamental gardens - the perfect backdrop for Neverland! Tuck in to a Raymond Blanc box of treats during the interval.
At the end of the show, take home a wonderful goodie bag with a copy of Lucy’s book and a Peter Pan programme.
