General Manager - Tom Lewis

Tom Lewis joined Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons as General Manager in January 2005.

He has had enormous experience within the hospitality industry and has held positions at properties including The Dukes Hotel in London, The Lygon Arms in Broadway and was General Manager for nine years at The Feathers Hotel in Woodstock.

His most recent position was Hotel Manager at Great Fosters Hotel in Surrey, working on phase one of a ten year plan for the hotel’s development including creating two new kitchens, building a new 60 seat restaurant and improving general service standards working towards award status.

Working closely with Raymond Blanc and the team, Tom is responsible for specific aspects of the day-to-day hotel operation and guest liaison.

Tom joined the team at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons as it celebrated its 21st birthday, and he has been involved in the recent refurbishment and re-opening of the Raymond Blanc Cookery School. He has also been actively involved in events and activity planning.
