Benoit Blin joined Le Manoir team in January 1995 as Chef Patissier. He has bought with him a vast experience gained in top kitchens around Europe including the Hotel Ritz in Paris. Among his many and most recent conquests he was was awarded the achievement of Master of Culinary Arts 2005.
