Gurval Durand, Deputy General Manager
Gurval assists the General Manager in the day to day operation of Le Manoir, with additional responsibilities of Health and Safety at Le Manoir. Gurval has worked for eight years in the restaurant at Le Manoir as Restaurant Manager and prior to this he worked in other Relais and Chateaux properties in France - such as Le Choisel, La Poularde, and L'hostellerie du Levernois; this was in conjunction with a four years catering school apprenticeship.
