Chef Dieter Koschina (winner of 2 Michelin stars), from Villa Joya, in Algarve, will this year be the first Chef invited for the Ristorante Hotel Cipriani’s Gourmet Weeks, from November 5-11. The Chef will prepare daily degustation menus, with 3 / 4 different dishes for lunch and for dinner, 6 to 7 different dishes, which the Chef will choose according to the freshest and seasonal ingredients he will find in the market each day. November 6, at 10 am, in Estrela Room, the Chef will also give a cooking lesson, for all those wishing to attend. The price of the lesson is € 120 per person and includes the lunch degustation menu of the day.
