The Copacabana Palace has 222 rooms and suites in total, 147 are found in the Main Building, of which 71 are suites and 76 are bedrooms. Each of them are individually designed with fine period furniture and original works of art, giving a elegant yet relaxed ambiance. Views are either of the world-famous Copacabana beach, or towards the city. 

Please note: The hotel is pleased to announce the beginning of important renovation works in the Tower Wing Building, which will transform 36 Avenue Suites into 36 Superior Rooms and 18 Suites. The Pool Suites, located in the same building will not suffer any changes.

The new rooms will become partially available by mid December, and totally available by mid February 2009, in time for next year’s Carnival.
After that, the hotel will feature 240 rooms and suites, which 112 are rooms and 128 suites.

It is important to be aware that the works will not affect the wellbeing of guests staying in the Main Building.
