'Autumn Cooking Getaway' in collaboration with EpiculinaryStay: 4 days and 3 nights Cookery lessons: 3
A programme for genuine epicureans, a blend of the pleasures of gastronomy and the sweetness of life in all its forms.
Day 1: Arrival in the afternoon, welcome cocktail and dinner for all participants in the Villa Restaurant.
Day 2: First lesson in the morning on traditional Tuscan cuisine in the Villa San Michele School of Cookery, with Chefs Attilio di Fabrizio and Luca Orini: lunch - all together – based on the dishes prepared in the morning. An afternoon in Florence and a tour accompanied by a private guide in search of the city’s best kept secrets. Day 3: Second cooking lesson in the morning on traditional Tuscan cuisine with Chefs Attilio and Luca, followed by lunch based on the dishes prepared together. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 4: Third and final cooking lesson in the morning, with chef Attilio and Luca, followed by lunch altogether. In the afternoon farewell to the Villa and departure.
During your stay you will have the chance to explore the boutiques of Florence (a mere 12 minutes away thanks to the hotel’s free private shuttle service that runs every 20 minutes), the pool and the gardens of Villa San Michele, and the exquisite cuisine of our top-flight restaurant, served in the Loggia or in the Cloister according to the weather and seasons.

The price is inclusive of 3 nights, all the activities in the programme, the lessons, and all materials and necessary ingredients. Please note: - The courses are reserved for guests staying at Villa San Michele.
- The lessons are held in English and Italian; other languages are available upon request.
- The courses are for a maximum of 10 participants and the approach is highly personalised.
- The lessons are held in the morning (from 10.00 to 12.30).
- Hours not taken up by lessons and all the evenings are free.
- At the end of every lesson, the dishes prepared will be served for a meal (lunch or dinner) to be enjoyed in the company of the Chef.
- The complete list of the dishes taught during the lessons with recipes will be handed over upon arrival.
