Designs & Plans

Designed by award-winning Thai and French architects, with detailing by local craftsmen, each Villa has between 900 and 1,200sqm of living space and gardens. Every Villa has either 2 or 3 bedrooms, generous living areas, a traditional Thai sala, flowing terraces and a private swimming pool. Superb furniture and interior design packages are offered as options.

The Villas were designed to exist separately from, and yet in total harmony with - the adjoining Napasai resort & spa. The development was achieved in cooperation with the Citation award winning architects Habita of Thailand, with Atelier Amedeo Padlewski of France.

Construction was undertaken by the same reputed international contractors and engineers as employed by Orient-Express Hotels on its own resort.
