Our French executive chef Renaud Le Rasle has an impressive culinary pedigree. He started with an apprenticeship at the Michelin three-star Restaurant Pic, and at the prestigious Drome l’Hermitage culinary competition, he was the youngest recipient ever of the first-place trophy. Le Rasle worked for Alain Ducasse at Louis XV, at Le Mer, Guy Savoy, and Guy Savoy Bistro l’Etoile, where he became chef de cuisine.
