Extra Person Supplement
Supplement charged for extra person in room $70 USD for Villa occupancy, $60 USD for Cottage occupancy, excluding taxes. Children Policy One child under 12 years old and under sharing room with parents, can be accommodated at no charge. Early Departure Policy All departures prior to the date agreed at time of check in and are subject to 100% charges as early departure penalty. Cancellation Policy Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival day in low season or 14 days in the high season, unless otherwise stated in the rates rules, to avoid a penalty of 50% of all room and tax charges. |
