Minimum stay
3 nights minimum stay over Christmas.
4 nights minimum stay over New Year.
Policy on Children
Children under 10 years are only accepted from 1st July to 15th August, 20th to 31st October and Christmas & New Year period.
Deposit
25% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit for bookings one month or less from the arrival date.
Cancellation policy:
High Season: 100% of deposit returned with over 15 days notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less than 15 days notice.
Low Season: 100% of deposit returned with over 48 hours notice (before 6pm local time). No refund of deposit with less than 48 hours notice.
