Cancellation Policy
Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival unless otherwise stated in rate rules, to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax charges.
For special event weekends i.e. Mardi Gras the hotel requires a non-refundable full pre-payment for the reservation 30 days prior to arrival. A minimum length of stay may also apply.
