Highland Dress - Personal Tailoring Service
Alternatively you might like to consider having your very own Highland Dress tailor-made to your personal requirements. Tailor-make your Highland Dress in your own family tartan or chose the unique tartan of The Royal Scotsman – a beautiful design and heartening blend of navy, plum and mulberry.
On the morning before you board The Royal Scotsman we will arrange for you to be collected from your hotel and transferred to the showroom of Kinloch Anderson for your personal fitting appointment. There you will be measured by the tailor for your very own Highland Dress and matching accessories.
Your garments will then be beautifully hand-crafted in your chosen tartan and couriered to your home address 8 to 10 weeks later - a wonderful memento of your time on The Royal Scotsman. To ensure you look your very best when travelling on-board, a complimentary set of Highland Dress will be provided for you to wear proudly on your journey.
There is a range of custom-made garments to choose, from a traditional gentleman's kilt and Argyle cut jacket, to tartan trousers and matching waistcoat. For the ladies there is a 'Highland Fling' long silk skirt with sash tie and a 'Tea' skirt with lace-trim. Prices start from £185:
