Your Journey

Lose yourself within the vibrant displays of colour and heady natural beauty offered up by the houses and concervatories, grass and woodland areas of the Royal Botanic Gardens and wander amongst the largest living plant collection in the world.

Your journey begins with a delicious brunch with Bellini on the outward journey. On arrival into Kensington Olympia station coaches will transfer you to Kew Gardens. At Kew you are free to explore the 300 acres of gardens and exhibitions. The famous Palm House provides a centrepiece to the gardens and is a classic example of Victorian design whilst the 18th century Pagoda provides a landmark throughout the grounds. Guided tours are available periodically.

After a full afternoon at Kew, rejoin the Northern Belle for a sumptuous four course dinner with champagne and wine on the return journey.

What to Wear

Smart day wear is appropriate. You are asked not to wear jeans. Please remember you will be outdoors for part of your time at Kew Gardens.

Access

This journey is rated as good for passengers with special access needs. Kew Gardens is readily accessible apart from the Marine Display in the Palm House basement and the Marianne North Gallery. Wheelchairs can be reserved in advance by calling Kew +44 (0)20 8332 5121.
