Malaysia posses a rich cultural heritage and can be divided into six major regions: Central (Kuala Lumpur), Northern (Penang), East, Southern and finally the states of Sabah and Sarawak on the island of Borneo.  

Thailand stretches 1860 km north to south, giving it one of the most diverse climates in South East Asia and has land borders with Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Malaysia.
