THE TRAIN
For many, a trip to Machu Picchu is a once in a lifetime experience. The Hiram Bingham assures a magical journey, never to be forgotten.
Named after the explorer who discovered the Inca citadel, the train has two dining cars, an observation/bar car and a kitchen car. It can carry up to 84 passengers.
The Carriages
Decorated in the style of the 1920’s Pullman carriages, each has been furnished in polished wood and brass with large confortable armchairs.
Dining Cars
As you board, the tables are exquisitely set with gleaming crystal and polished cutlery.
Our maître d' will invite you to enjoy brunch and a gastronomic dinner, specially created by our onboard chef.
Bar Car
The bar car is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail accompanied by live Peruvian music.
On the way to Machu Picchu, our bartender will show you how to make a traditional Pisco Sour. Take the recipe home and impress family and friends.
Observation Car
The observation car is furnished with large cushioned seats, making it the perfect place to sit, relax and watch the Peruvian landscape unfold.
