CHARLESTON GRILL
Food Runner
Individual is responsible for running food from kitchen to dining room. Will assist servers with serving and clearing. Must be able to carry a heavy tray of food through dining area.
Server Assistant
Server assistants needed to assist with dining experience. Responsible for providing general bussing and resetting of tables. Assist guests and servers as needed. Previous experience in a fine dining environment a plus! Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Excellent customer services skills necessary.
HOUSEKEEPING
Guest Room Attendant
Candidates must have the ability to clean up to 15 guest rooms per day, meeting inspection criteria of Charleston Place Hotel. Must be comfortable interacting with guests and maintain a clean, neat appearance. Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Lifting is required.
Turndown Attendant (Part Time)
Must have the ability to clean rooms and provide turndown service according to Charleston Place Hotel standards.
Team Leader
Candidate will inspect rooms, direct the work of other housekeeping associates and must be comfortable interacting with guests. Must have the ability to clean guest rooms within Charleston Place Hotel standards. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
PALMETTO CAFE
Server Assistant
Server assistants needed to assist with dining experience. Responsible for providing general bussing and resetting of tables. Assist guests and servers as needed. Previous experience a plus! Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Excellent customer service skills necessary.
PASTRY
Pastry Cook (Part Time)
Candidate will assist in producing and plating all baked goods. Must also ensure that all supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply. Must have one-year fine dining experience.
ROOM SERVICE
Room Service Server
(AM Shift and PT Overnight Shift) Responsible for providing restaurant service to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner. Must be courteous and customer service oriented. Previous server experience required.
Mini Basket Attendant
Responsible for refreshing guest room snack baskets and break down and set up of tables as business requires. Must have experience working in a 5-star environment.
