The Health Club at Charleston Place Welcome to the Health Club at Charleston Place, the most exclusive facility in the Charleston Area, with the unique convenience of a downtown location and a luxuriously comfortable environment in which to workout, relax, and gather with friends. The Health Club is open from 6am to 9pm Monday - Friday and 7am to 9pm Saturday - Sunday. Swimming
Our indoor / outdoor pool is heated to a comfortable temperature year-round. The retractable roof assures our guests year-round swimming and sunbathing. |
Weight Training
Whether general conditioning or toning, the Cybex weight system assures our guest a thorough workout. Complete your program with Lifefitness cardio equipment. Our state-of-the-art weight room also includes the power block free weight system.
For more individualized instructions, a personal trainer is available at the following prices:

- 1 hour - $85
- 1 hour couple - $140

Aerobics
Get your heart rate up, strengthen your cardiovascular system, burn body fat, and relieve stress with our aerobics program. Morning and afternoon classes are available for $25.00 per class. Classes include: - Fit Walk: enjoy some time in the great outdoors with beautiful Charleston as the background with a challenging and informative power walk around the city.
- Aquazise: a great aerobic workout in our beautiful 50 ft pool.
- Yogalities: a combination of challenging standing yoga poses and athletic floor stretches.
Relaxation
After your energizing workout, reward yourself and relax in real Charleston Place style. Luxuriate in our Clock Tower Jacuzzi. Relax and enjoy our dry sauna or steam bath (located in the locker rooms). (If you have high blood pressure, please limit your stay in the sauna and steam areas). Amenities
