Day 1:
Start your Charleston experience by getting oriented with the city and learning about the history with a one hour carriage tour. Now that you are familiar with the city, you can discuss all the new things you learned on your carriage tour at lunch at our Palmetto Cafe. Take a stroll on the cobblestone streets to Battery Park passing many art galleries, museums, restaurants. Spend your afternoon relaxing poolside or on our sun deck. Have a night cap in the Thoroughbred Club before heading up to your room.
Day 2:
Wake up and enjoy a wonderful breakfast in your guest room through In Room dining. Make sure to eat enough to sustain you through shopping on King and Market Street. Here you will find boutiques, antique galleries, and local crafts. Come back to the hotel to unload all your new purchases. From here, have us pack you a gourmet picnic lunch to take to a Plantation. Take advantage of our Dinner at Dusk promotion in the Charleston Grill before heading out to a night time Ghost Tour. Don’t be scared!
Day 3:
Visit one of the many antebellum houses and enjoy a guided tour. Or have fun with a boat ride and tour of Fort Sumter. Enjoy Afternoon Tea in the Thoroughbred Club. It is sure to be a memorable and delightful experience. The only thing missing is a later dinner in the Charleston Grill with live jazz and plenty of outstanding cuisine.
