Francesco is a positive and entertaining Front Office Manager, that charms clients with his friendly smile!

He knows Venice very well having worked for many years in various hotels in the lagoon and in Veneto.

He loves taking care of clients and making sure they all have an unforgettable venetian experience, even if they have incredible requests. He once helped a couple that required 3kg of ice cubes at check-in as they wanted to sleep on a special bag full of ice, that needed to be re-filled every three hours!
