Mauro joined Hotel Cipriani two years ago, after a long experience at Hotel Splendido in Portofino, and is now the Front Desk Manager, looking after the busy reception desk.
Since he arrived in Venice he fell in love with the views and colours of Venice - the thing he likes more is to see clients happy, when he escorts them to their rooms & suites and they're so happy they say they don't want to leave this place anymore!
He loves talking to people but more than anything taste the delicious venetian cuisine in the city various restaurants.
