To obtain a quote for shipping charges please submit your online order and we will contact you with the final quote for your approval prior to charging your credit card. If you wish to receive a quote for shipping charges before placing your online order please email us at gifts@orient-express.com detailing the delivery address and items to be delivered.
Delivery Time
Goods will be ordinarily despatched within 10 working days on receipt of order.
Standard Delivery
All goods dispatched on Standard Delivery are sent via Royal Mail.
Special Christmas Service
UK deliveries
Orders up to the value of £25.00 will be sent using Royal Mail First Class post unless otherwise requested. An additional charge of £2.50 will be made for Special Delivery service.
All orders over the value of £25.00 will be shipped using a Special Delivery on a 2 - 3 day service.
For this period only, it will be possible to collect parcels, by prior arrangement, from the Orient-Express London office every Thursday between 10am to 4pm from Sharifa Lawrence, Orient-Express Gifts, Sea Containers House, 20 Upper Ground, London, SE1 9PF, Tel 0207 921 4019.
Last posting dates for Christmas (UK)
Orders for goods to be shipped by Royal Mail First Class post must be received on Monday 14th December.
Orders for goods to be shipped by Special Delivery must be received by Monday 21st December.
Last posting dates for Christmas (Europe)
Orders must be received by Wednesday 16th December.
Last posting dates for Christmas (USA, Eastern Europe)
Orders must be received by Monday 14th December.
