Darley's restaurant is notable for its consistent use of fresh regional produce and finely crafted Modern Australian cuisine, courtesy of Executive Chef Hugh Whitehouse. Your guests can enjoy tantalizingly authentic flavours and stylish presentation.

Gift Certificates can be used for a lunch or a dinner dependent on restaurant opening times.

Darley's restaurant is open five nights a week from 6:30pm onwards (Tuesday – Saturday) and is also open for leisurely Sunday brunch and lunch.

Ties are not required when dining in Darley's.

Gift Certificates are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
