HALL POSITIONS
Fossett’s Restaurant Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day management of a fine dining restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Should posses the skills necessary to lead, motivate and develop a team of professionals. Responsible for working closely with other department heads to ensure total guest satisfaction. Assists in the development and implementation of food, liquor and supply cost control procedures, participates in taking weekly inventories; prepares liquor and supply orders. Participates in the development and implementation of new menus, pricing structures and marketing programs. Ensures that critical standards for product and service quality, cleanliness and sanitation are maintained by following company policies and applicable labor and health department requirements. Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience in fine dining and wine. Candidates will possess outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Food Servers On-call, Seasonal and Full-time
Candidates must be friendly, articulate, well-groomed, have good communication and organizational skills, and have a willingness to learn. Must be proficient in English. Previous fine dining experience strongly preferred.
Pool Server – Part-time/Seasonal

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and sun loving candidates who enjoy making people happy.Opportunity for growth into a full time position in the hotel. Qualified applicant must provide outstanding service to all members and guests at all times. This individual will have various responsibilities; serving food, keeping the pool area clean and much more. Applicants must be available to work on weekends and holidays. Must be 18 years old.
Front Desk Manager
Responsible for managing Front Desk operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. This position will manage various Front Office positions, such as Porters, PBX and Front Desk Receptionists. Ideal candidate will be well organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Preferred candidates will have five years Front Desk management experience and a solid understanding of hotel operating systems, such as Epitome. Excellent communication skills required, plus sincerity in exceeding guest’s expectations. Must be proficient in English and able to work varying hours.
Front Desk Receptionist Full-time and Part-time
Ideal candidate will be well organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Candidates should have a basic understanding of hotel operating systems, such as Epitome. Excellent communication skills required, plus sincerity in exceeding guest’s expectations. Must be proficient in English and able to work varying hours.
Porter Part-time
Candidate will provide a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and depart the hotel by assisting with luggage, explaining in-room amenities and promoting all hotel facilities: restaurants, pools, recreational activities as well as local places of interest. Candidate must be friendly, articulate, well-groomed, have good communication and organizational skills with a willingness to learn. Candidates must possess strong customer relations skills, a positive attitude, and be willing to work in a team atmosphere.
Housekeepers
Must have the ability to clean between 8 and 9 guest rooms per day and lift up to 25 pounds. Must maintain a clean, neat appearance and be comfortable interacting with guests. All employees are required to speak English. All shifts require flexibility and include weekends and holidays.
HALL & CLUB KITCHENS
Executive Pastry Chef
Responsible for the smooth running of the Pastry Department within Keswick Hall and Club. This will include food cost, menu planning of desserts, breads, pastries, budgetary control, staffing and hygiene. Will work closely with Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and Catering/Conference Service Manager in compilation of menus for functions, meetings, Dining Room and Club.
Line Cook
Candidate must demonstrate proficient cooking skills. Must understand how to coordinate the timing of orders and have a general knowledge of Ala Carte cooking techniques. Candidates must possess a positive attitude, and be willing to work in a team atmosphere. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
GROUNDS
Assistant Mechanic
Assist in maintaining a mechanical workshop in the maintenance facility. Will carry out all mechanical repairs on golf course and grounds maintenance equipment and assists in the operational training, safety procedures and clean-up procedures for employees on all equipment. Position requires 2 to 3 years of education and experience.
MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING
Lead Maintenance Mechanic
Minimum 3-5 years experience in minor repairs in HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Hospitality industry preferred but not necessary. Individuals mechanically inclined with practical experience in all areas of maintenance should also apply.
