The Chef's Amuse

Join us every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from 5-6 pm in the Villa Crawford for our newest series of culinary explorations with Executive Chef Craig Hartman.

Designed as an informal gathering, guests may chat with Chef as he prepares small tastings from our local farmers and fishermen. Small bites from the best of the season will likely include samples from Georges Bank's Halibut, Lynnhaven Oysters and, of course, French Perigord Black Truffles.

Many of the selections are also offered on Fossett’s seasonal menus so guests may choose their favorites while dining.
