Wine Cellar

At Le Manoir we are very proud of our wine cellar. We know, like all great gourmands, that the choice of wine to accompany a dish is not a decision to be taken lightly.

Our wine cellar, nestling under the conservatory, is home to around 1000 different wines from around the world. 60% of our wines are of French provenance, with the New World also having a considerable presence.

The cellar is divided into two rooms. The larger room, constructed of chalk stone from Burgundy, is home to the general wines and spirits while a smaller room, with wooden divisions, hosts the Claret collection. Both rooms are controlled by air conditioning to give a stable temperature (between 12 and 14 degrees) and optimum humidity.
