Statues & Sculptures

The Statues
Raymond's passion for art touches every aspect of Le Manoir, not only the food. The decor of the restaurant and some of the suites was inspired by art and artists, from the masculine touch of Jack Vettriano to the romance of Botticelli.

The gardens of Le Manoir are no exception - elegant ladies gathering flowers, gentlemen on the terraces, proud peacocks surveying the garden and a wonderful scarecrow, protecting the vegetables.

We hope you enjoy the statues and sculptures during your strolls through the gardens as much as Raymond does.

The Sculptors
Lloyd Le Blanc and Judith Holmes Drewry are the artists responsible for the many commissioned pieces throughout the grounds.

Working closely with Raymond throughout the process, all the works are in bronze, chosen for its durability and the beautiful way in which it ages.

Lloyd is responsible primarily for the birds in the gardens and on the lake while Judith worked on the children and women who people the gardens.

Visit Judith and Lloyd's website at www.leblancfineart.com.
