For your entertainment we have a good selection of Classic and Award-winning movies available for your hire, free of charge.

Money Exchange
There is one Bank in Aguas Calientes (Banco de Credito) and one ATM machine. You are also welcome to exchange US dollars Travellers cheques and US dollars to Peruvian currency at the Front Desk. Please note that we do not change Traveller's cheques to US dollars, only to Peruvian currency (Nuevos Soles).

We can offer a cash advance at a 10% commission.

Electricity and Adapters
The voltage in the electrical outlets in your room is 220 V and 110 V in the bathrooms.

Luggage
We offer a luggage storage service. After your check-out, bags can be stored until your return to Aguas Calientes and can also be delivered directly to the train station upon request.

Safety Boxes
An electronic safety box can be found in your room, which is free of charge to use. We recommend that you use this facility for all your personal valuables. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of items not stored in the safety box in your room.

You can make national and international phone calls from your room. Fax services can be arranged at the Front Desk and our Internet service is available all day. There is a WiFi connection at Tampu restaurant.

We provide a laundry service. 

Water
Tap water is safe to drink, however, complimentary bottled water is delivered to your room each evening at turn-down. The water used in the kitchen, bar and restaurant is treated water and is 100% drinkable. All our vegetables and fruits are washed with purified water. Ice is also made of 100% purified water.

Transportation
Bus service - From Aguas Calientes to the Citadel, buses are scheduled from 6.30am to 13.00pm (timings subject to change during low season).

From the Citadel to Aguas Calientes the bus service runs approximately every 30 mins, from 11.00am. The last bus departs from Machu Picchu at 17.30pm. The cost to hire a private bus is US$ 432 for the round trip.
