La Samanna welcomes you to the Fitness Center open daily from 7 am to 7 pm.

Our beautiful free standing facility surrounded by glass doors and bougainvillea, sports a full range of cardio equipment by Life Fitness, circuit machines by Cybex, as well as free weights up to 100 lbs.  Towels, water and a shower with amenities are provided for you. 

Private training is available by appointment at $80 per hour.

La Samanna also offers the only fully equipped Pilates Center in the Caribbean with a certified instructor available for private sessions.

Personal flat screen televisions and headphones are also available at each station.
