La Samanna's popular, fully equipped Pilates Studio is unique to the island and exclusive to our guests. Located within the beautiful Rendezvous Pavilion, private instruction is available by appointment everyday except Sunday.  "Introduction to Classic Pilates" is perfect for beginners. Mat classes for groups are also available. 

On Friday mornings, a complimentary Pilates Mat Class will be offered in the Rendezvous Pavilion at 9 am. Maximum Class size is 5 people. 

Private one on one sessions are available by appointment at $95 per hour.
