FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR - The Ideal candidate will have: minimum 5 years previous experience as an F/B Manager or Director with P/L and inventory responsibilities in an upscale/fine dining environment; professional presentation & excellent communication skills (written and verbal). This “hands-on” operation requires a truly passionate leader who is highly focused on service standards and details. Strong wine knowledge required.
FT and PT BANQUET SERVERS – Responsible for serving our guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Will maintain buffet set-ups and complete all assigned duties. Previous experience in a banquet setting desirable. Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs. work outdoors and work a flexible schedule including day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
FT and PT RESTAURANT SERVERS - Responsible for serving our guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Ideal candidate will have previous server experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant or hotel; must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must be able to stand, walk for long periods of time; lift up to 50 lbs. work outdoors and work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.
Porter (Front Office) FT/PT - Responsible for serving our guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Candidate must have excellent communications skills. Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate and interact with guests and team members. Position requires heavy lifting/can be in excess of 50 pounds. Position requires extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and bending. Must be able to work outdoors year round.
Assistant Pastry Chef - Ideal candidate: will have formal culinary training; minimum 3 years experience, in an upscale/luxury restaurant or hotel environment. Position assists the Executive Pastry Chef in the preparation of desserts, breads, and pastries, ensuring standards are maintained consistently; must be able to work independently without supervision; must be able to stand for long periods of time, work well in a team environment; be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal); must be able to work a flexible schedule. | | |
