SPA DIRECTOR - Join this premier resort spa on the Eastern Shore of Maryland offering a full range of spa services that focus on pampering, rejuvenation and wellness including a number of signature treatments such as: a clay and flowers massage that moistures and balances the skin, and bio peptide facial that draws on the healing benefits of plants and herbs. While at the spa, guests can rest in the indoor or outdoor relaxation rooms, take a dip in the infinity edge pool, detoxify in a steam room, find harmony in yoga class, fine tune one’s fitness routine with a personal trainer or find that little pampering something to take home at the spa’s apothecary.
As Spa Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a full service spa. Candidates should possess the skills necessary to lead, motivate and develop a team of professionals. Be able to assist in the development and implementation of services, supply cost control procedures, and prepare supply and retail orders. The Spa Director actively participates in the development and implementation of new menus, pricing structures and marketing programs. The Spa Director also ensures that critical standards for product and service quality, cleanliness and sanitation are maintained by following company policies and applicable labor and health department requirements. The Spa Director will be working closely with other department heads to ensure total guest satisfaction. Minimum 5 years spa management experience required.
