WATERFOWL FESTIVAL - the ultimate weekend for the sophisticated sportsman or art lover. Fifteen venues throughout Easton feature world-class wildlife paintings, sculpture, carvings and photos. Collectible decoys, sporting gear and adventures to delight every outdoorsman. A wine tasting pavilion not to be missed. Also scheduled are World Championship Calling Contests, decoy auctions, shooting, retriever and fly-fishing demonstrations, a sporting clays tournament, kid's activities and evening concerts.

23RD ANNUAL FESTIVAL OF TREES - since 1986, through the annual fundraiser, Festival of Trees, the Friends of Hospice has contributed more than $2 million to the Talbot Hospice Foundation. Over 800 volunteers work each year to make the Festival an outstanding success.

EASTON OLD TYME HOLIDAY PARADE - on the first saturday in December, downtown Easton is filled to over-flowing with a parade of floats, fire trucks, horses, antique cars, bands, and folks of all ages dressed up in Victorian costume. The downtown sparkles and twinkles in festive decor and the streets are lined with hundreds of cheering fans.

MOONLIGHT MADNESS - the merchants of Downtown Easton along with Easton Main Street present the 4th Annual Moonlight Madness. Participating downtown Easton businesses will offer special discounts, music and holiday cheer with stores open until 10:00 pm. The drawings will take place at the Avalon Theatre at 10:00 pm. Tickets collection and entertainment will begin at 9:00 pm.

CHRISTMAS IN ST. MICHAELS - an annual holiday celebration held the second weekend in December. A black tie benefit gala kicks off the weekend festivities that include a festive parade, Breakfast with Santa, Santa's wonderland for the children, and tours of local historic homes and buildings, allowing visitors to savor the history of this charming town. These signature events are enhanced with plenty of good food and seasonal music, art, antique and book sales.

ARTS IN EASTON BANNER AUCTION - the Arts in Easton Banner Program will celebrate its 8th year on Saturday, December 12, 2009. Crowds will fill the Waterfowl Festival Building and bid on all banners which represent original artwork produced by local artists. The Banner Auction is produced by Easton Main Street in partnership with the Avalon Foundation and made possible by support from the Talbot County Arts Council, and a great team of volunteers.

Enjoy live music or an outdoor concert before relaxing at one of the town's charming inns. Many art and antiques venues, with styles spanning from classical to contemporary, welcome you with open doors at this delightful monthly event.
