John Greeley - Chef
After completing an education in art and design, John returned to New York City and began working at the '21' Club. He was quickly promoted to sous-chef. In 2002, he became opening sous-chef of the Upstairs at '21', and is currently chef.

Kimberly Bugler - Pastry Chef
Kimberly Bugler has the “sweetest” position at ’21’. An accomplished pastry chef, she joined ’21’ in February 2007, after a brief stint at newcomer Dennis Foy. Prior to that, she spent three years as executive pastry chef at J.W. Marriott Resort in Las Vegas.
