Head Barman at the Splendido since 1970, after having learnt the art of preparing cocktail in Milan, Paris and London. As regular guests at the Splendido knows, he is impeccable in service, as his most famous sentence “You’re in my heart” says, every client is in his heart and he truly shows great dedication to everyone.

But his secret passion is…singing! Every night, together with the pianist Vladimir, guests can assist to their incredible performances, the highlight of every stay at the Splendido! He loves preparing Bellini, and involving clients in his singing - “stay with us!”.
