Chef Corrado Corti - Hotel Splendido

Chef Corti was born in Gorgonzole, Milan and started his long career as a Chef by learning his primary skills from the Hotel School of S. Pellegrino Terme.   Throughout his career, the experiences and recipes he has collated enable him to be extremely flamboyant with his creations.

Chef Corti, who is Italian, has a fluent knowledge of English and French and extensive experience, from the smaller quaint restaurants in Bordighera to many grand hotels, such as the Imperial Palace Hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure.

Chef Roberto Villa - Splendido Mare

Chef Villa was born in Nizza Monferrato.  He too has fluent knowledge of English and French.  He started his training in the Hotel School of Camogli, and continued working in the Grand Hotel Bristol, Hotel Sheraton and a few of the finest restaurants in Italy.

His expertise is to entice the diners' taste with an array of fine cuisine, ranging from fresh fish, caught from the Gulf, Octopus stewed and flavoured with Thyme, to Italian pasta and meat dishes, with exquisite flavourings and design.
