Buono Buonissimo! Cookery School

In a very short time, our Cookery School has become a permanent institution. Known to gourmets from all over the world who have followed us from the start, to the internationally renowned Chefs who are happy to hold their lessons here, and to guests of the Villa who have yet another reason to love our hotel.

The courses are all “hands-on” affairs. You will work, play, taste: but the main thing is that you will be cooking alongside the Chefs, in direct contact with ladles, pans, lids, and ovens. The deliberately restricted number of participants ensures that each guest will have individual attention to obtain maximum benefit from the course.
