Terraced onto the hillside with outstanding panoramic views of the valley and the scenic backdrop of the temple on the opposite side of the gorge, our Beduur Restaurant features the delights of both Asian and French cuisine with Balinese ingredients in the serene setting of pure tranquility.  

Our organic vegetables, fruits and spices are from Bedugul farms, our meat from South East Asia and Australia and our fish comes directly from Jimbaran Bay.

Our restaurant offers both outside and inside seating areas on which to enjoy the dishes created by executive chef.

• Grilled river prawn salad with avocado, cantaloupe, mango, watermelon, yuzu jelly, and crustacean balsamic dressing
• Infused lime leaf with coconut miso soup with shrimps, calamari, salmon Asian mushroom ansd wakame.
