Yoga
Revitalise your mind and body with a yoga class from our dedicated teacher, Sri Jane Robinson who has over 13 years experience in yoga, meditation, relaxation and stress management.
Classes are given on the open air Balinese style wooden deck built above the banks of the Ayung River.
The strategic location provides privacy and allows the practice to be taught with the background music of the rushing river, singing birds and the rustling of leaves in the surrounds.

Yoga
Through the ancient art of classical Yoga you will learn the techniques to still your mind, strengthen your body and expand your conciousness using posture, breathing, meditation and relaxation. All classes are suitable for beginner to advanced practitioners. There is alway space for you to learn to develop your own yoga practice. Classes are caring and non competitive.
The Five Tibetans
A sequence of different dynamic movements. each movement is performed eith 7, 14 or 21 times depending on the student and all levels of fitness can benefit. These movements are ancient and practiced by Tibetan lamas for health and meditation, and to simulate and balance the seven main energy centres in the body, known as chakras. Once mastered each movement can be performed daily within 15 minutes.
Chakra Meditation This is a guided meditation using visualization and ancient techniques, teaching the practititioner how to meditate. The purpose of a chakra meditation is to teach us to use our mind to balance these important energy centers which are physically linked.
