Once the centre piece of the powerful Khmer Empire, the stunning temples and archeological treasures of Angkor lay hidden by tangled jungle for hundreds of years, only to be re-discovered in the mid-19th century.

Itinerary
3 nights
Fly with Bangkok Airways from Bangkok to Siem Reap, for a three-night stay at La Résidence d’Angkor, including all meals. A programme of sightseeing including the magnificent Angkor Wat, the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas and the Terrace of the Elephants is included.There is also a visit to Banteay Srei,
a temple that represents the most perfect example of stone carving among Khmer temples. Later view the mysterious Ta Prohm temple, where huge tree trunks reach through the ancient stone. The programme ends with a return flight to Bangkok.
