The Grand Hotel Europe is proud to provide to it’s customers the latest BMW 7 series cars for their transportation needs in St Petersburg
St Petersburg, May 2009 – The Managing Director of Grand Hotel Europe Thomas Noll and President of BMW Russland Trading Christian Kremer, have signed an agreement to renew the hotel’s fleet of automobiles. The hotel received 11 new 7 Series limousines. Supported by the official BMW dealer “Axel Motors” company, the ceremonial handover of these automobiles took place at the Grand Hotel Europe on May 15, when Christian Kremer passed the keys from the new cars to Thomas Noll.
And so continues the corporate cooperation between the hotel and BMW Russland Trading company, which began in May 2005. To offer the best quality of limousine services in city has become a fond tradition at the hotel. This is the third time that on the eve of the summer tourist season, BMW has presented the Grand Hotel Europe with brand new first-class limousines.
The “Ruby Black” fifth generation 7 Series automobiles, equipped with straight six-cylinder diesel engine, are BMW’s flagship models and are their biggest car on the market. The limousines have an extended salon which means an especially comfortable ride for passengers and space for luggage.
The optional Integral Active Steering system which varies the steering angle of the rear wheels increases safety, stability and comfort to particularly benefit rear-seat passengers. A precisely-designed network of suspension, engine management, brakes and tyres, plus an array of electronic sensors - all with one single objective: to keep the BMW 7 Series Sedan safely on track, even in the most demanding situations. The salon is furnished with natural leather and wood, and the seats can be adjusted electronically and are fitted with seat warmers. The cars are equipped with BlueTooth telephones.
Thomas Noll, Managing Director of the Grand Hotel Europe, commented on the new agreement: “I believe that BMW cars combine elegance and the best technology, in addition to the feeling of comfort and reliability that is characteristic of our hotel. And although corporate standards are not the issue here, the Ritz Hotel in Madrid (which, like the Grand Hotel Europe is also owned by Orient-Express) also uses BMW automobiles. I hope that cooperation with such partners as BMW will allow the hotel to increase the range and quality of services available. BMW represents first-class service – we know and trust the management and owners of the company, and count on a long-lasting cooperation with them. If demand for car rental among our guests should grow, I would not exclude the possibility of further expanding and updating our fleet of automobiles.
