Pre-sell Levels at Cupecoy Yacht Club

Orient-Express Hotels Ltd (NYSE: OEH, www.orient-express.com) announced today that the Cupecoy Yacht Club development on Sint Maarten has reached 20 percent pre-sell levels within three months of announcing the groundbreaking of the development on February 18, 2005.

Cupecoy Yacht Club

Orient-Express Hotels Ltd announced today the ground breaking news of a major development on a 12 acre site that the company owns on the Dutch side of the island of Saint Martin in the French West Indies.
Called the Cupecoy Yacht Club, the complex will consist of a marina, retail outlets and residential condominiums. This is the company’s second project on the island; the ground breaking of its villa development on the French side was announced in December 2004.
