Your Journey | A treasure-trove of quaint hamlets built from apricot-coloured stone, the Costwolds' gentle appearance belies its ancient history. Enjoy this picturesque region, known for gentle hillsides and sleepy villages with some time to explore elegant Stow-on-the-Wold and the medieval wool town of Chipping Campden.
Brunch with Bellini is served on the outward journey. On arrival at Worcester you are met by your guide who accompanies you on a coach tour of the Cotswolds. Travel through the picturesque village of Evesham to Stow-on-the-Wold where you have time for a short visit. Stow was once a bustling centre for wool and has many elegant Cotswold town houses. Continue on through Moreton-in-the-Marsh to Chipping Campden, where you are free to explore some more. Many superb examples of 17th century Cotswold stone buildings remain, including delightful almshouses and the Guildhall. Rejoin the Northern Belle at Worcester. A glass of chilled champagne is served as soon as you board the train., this is followed by a four course supper accompanied by half a bottle of wine.
