A very special 7-course Gourmet dinner menu created in unison by Renato Piccolotto and Mathew Smith, complemented with a choice of fine wines, champagne and liqueur.

This trip is also available as a Short Break excursion.

Your Journey

Begin your evening with a glass of chilled champagne and meet your fellow guests before you take your seat in the Restaurant Car.

Working together especially for this trip, Renato Piccolotto, Executive Chef of the Hotel Cipriani, and Matthew Smith, Executive Chef of the British Pullman, have prepared a variety of dishes to create a 7-course gourmet tasting menu designed to stimulate both the appetite and the taste buds.

Each course is perfectly complemented by our sommelier's choice of fine wines. Attentive service from our friendly stewards and the beautiful surroundings of the immaculately restored carriages contribute to make this a night to remember.
