Itinerary
Day One - London
Arrive at London's Ritz Hotel.
(Overnight in London). Day Two - On the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express
After a private check-in at the hotel, embark at London Victoria on the British Pullman for Folkestone, during which a Brunch with Bellini is served. On arrival, transfer by Eurotunnel shuttle coach to Calais. The magical sight of the gleaming blue and gold wagons-lits of the continental sleeper train awaits your arrival. After being escorted to your cabin suite, change for dinner and perhaps visit the bar car for an aperitif. Our specially prepared menus by Chef Christian Bodiguel are a highlight of the journey. The train stops in Paris around 10pm to welcome other passengers.

Day Three - Venice
Continental breakfast is served in your cabin. relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery of Austria. Lunch is served as the train enters Italy. Enjoy an afternoon tea before crossing the lagoon and arriving in Venice around 6pm, transfer to the Hotel Cipriani for a 3 – night stay and discover your deluxe room with balcony andview of the Lagoon.

Days Four and Five - Venice
Time to enjoy one of the world's most romantic and delightful destinations. Your private guide will escort you on a half day sightseeing tour of the city on a day of your choice and enjoy dinner in the Fortuny restaurant at the Cipriani on your last night in Venice.

Day Six -Venice
Check out of your Hotel.

*Between June 13 and September 30 2012, the train will travel via the Gotthard Pass.
